Responsibilities:

API Technical Intergration:

• Provide API integration and technical support to assist instituitonal clients and VIPs in successfully integrating and using the company’s API interfaces.
• Address client inquiries regarding API calls, documentation, feature implementation, and other technical matters to ensure efficient API usage.
• Communicate with clients to gather feedback, analyze issues, and propose solutions to ensure timely issue resolution and high client satisfaction.
• Tech deep dive with top clients about order entry, market data, position/wallet consistent, asset & account managements

Daily Work

• Write and maintain comprehensive API documentation, including interface guides, code samples, use cases, etc., ensuring clarity and accessibility.
• maintenance and update open API SDK in different language golang, java, c sharp, javascript, rust and python
• Deliver training sessions to clients on API usage, explaining the design, functionality, and best practices to help clients effectively understand and utilize the APIs.
• write SQL batch or schduled job to extract data for our clients needs
• Open API management dashboard to control open api traffic and delivery records

Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution:

• Diagnose and resolve API-related issues, including errors in API calls, performance problems, and permission issues.
• Collaborate with development teams to analyze and fix technical problems, and optimize API stability and performance.

API Performance Monitoring & Optimization Recommendations:

• TOP 10 cex Full order cycle and step-by-step latency & performance monitoring
• Open API collections arrangements and comparaions among binance, okx, bitget, kucoin, coinbase and Bybit
• Monitor API performance, collect and analyze usage data to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
• Provide clients with best practices for API usage, and offer suggestions to optimize API integration for better application performance and stability.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with development, product, and operations teams to understand product requirements and provide technical support, driving improvements and the release of new API features.
• Participate in API product planning and version iteration, offering customer feedback and technical recommendations to ensure continuous optimization and enhancement of API services.

Required Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in open api developpement, exchange connectivity software development, or related technical / trading support roles L1/2/3.
• Experience in writing API testing, intergration, documentation, debugging APIs
• Proven track record in professional communication and technical account management.

Technical Skills:

• Familiar with common Web API standards and implementation methods (e.g., RESTful API, SOAP).
• Proficient in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript), capable of reading and understanding code to assist clients in solving integration issues.
• Solid understanding of HTTP, WebSocket protocols, JSON, and other common data exchange formats; basic debugging skills required.
• Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
• One More foreign languages will be bonus point (Russian, Spanish...etc)

• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly and concisely explain technical issues and provide solutions to clients.
• Customer-oriented mindset with patience and initiative in addressing client needs and resolving issues.
• Able to work efficiently under pressure and respond quickly to technical challenges.

Problem Solving & Analytical Abilities:

• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to quickly identify root causes and deliver effective solutions.
• Competence in analyzing API performance data, identifying bottlenecks, and recommending optimizations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with API testing and performance optimization.
• Experience in API product design and development, with the ability to contribute to API design and improvement.
• Background in software engineering or professional implementation service, with the ability to bridge communication between customer support and product development teams.
